We send a tracking number via email (or via text if selected) after you place your order. You can check the status of your order at any time by referencing this tracking number.
+ When will I receive my products?
Hang tight! All orders are expected to arrive between 3-7 business days. Longer shipping times may occur over the weekend and holidays.
+ How can I change my order?
We always try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you realize there is a problem after placing an order, you can edit it directly in your Account page if you’ve created one or call us at 510-289-6820, so we can try to cancel or change the order before it ships. Once it ships, we are unable to cancel it.

+ How big is each Hustle Clean Body Wipe?
Each extra-thick, extra-big body wipe is 9 x 8 inches and about four times the thickness of a baby wipe. You only need one to clean your entire body.
+ How many Body Wipes come in a box?
Each Body Wipe box contains 10 individually-wrapped wipes that are the perfect on-the-go workout companion.
+ Does ShowerPill still exist? Are the Hustle Clean wipes the same as the ShowerPill wipes?
In 2020, we updated our brand name from ShowerPill to Hustle Clean. All of the products have remained the same throughout this transition. This name change is meaningful to us, too. We want to build a life-changing brand that powers a personal wellness movement at the intersection of hustle and hygiene—and Hustle Clean more effectively captures this aspiration.
+ What are the ingredients in a Hustle Clean Body Wipe?
Only the good stuff! We only use the highest quality ingredients and test our products with professional athletes, trainers and doctors. We include witch hazel, aloe and Vitamin E to moisturize skin and benzalkonium chloride, an FDA-approved active ingredient, to kill 99.9% of germs. And, we never use parabens, sulfates, phthalates or alcohol.
+ Does a Hustle Clean Body Wipe replace a shower?
No, it most certainly does not! The wipes were created to serve as a hygiene supplement for when you don’t have time to take a shower or lack access to one.
+ Why are Hustle Clean Body Wipes antibacterial? I’ve heard bacteria can actually be good for you.
Yes, in some cases, bacteria can be good for you. However, contracting contagious (and potentially dangerous) sweat-related infections like staph, E. coli and MRSA, which are often born inside the gym and locker room, is preventable. We created a product that kills those nasty germs, kind of like how you use hand sanitizer in a pinch. There’s no need to let a little dirt, sweat or grime get in the way of achieving your goals.
+ Are Hustle Clean Body Wipes flushable?
No. Throw used wipes in the trash can—your plumber will thank you.
+ Are there any harmful ingredients in a Hustle Clean Body Wipe?
Rest assured that our formulation is simple and safe. No parabens, sulfates, phthalates or alcohol. Our active ingredient is FDA-approved to kill germs and used in many common over-the-counter products.
+ Can I use the Body Wipes and Face Wipes on sensitive skin?
Our wipes are thoughtfully formulated, dermatologist-tested and hypoallergenic, which make them perfectly fine to use on sensitive skin.
+ Do Hustle Clean Body Wipes have a scent?
Hustle Clean Body Wipes come in two scents, Fresh or Lavender, or Unscented. We describe both scents as unisex, light and fresh. And, our customers agree.
+ Can I use a Hustle Clean Body Wipe "down there"?
Hustle Clean products are safe for the skin, but what’s safe for the skin isn’t necessarily best for down there. Health experts suggest washing with water to clean down there, so we don’t advise using any wipes.
+ Are Hustle Clean Body Wipes safe for kids to use?
Absolutely! All three founders rely on the product to wipe down their kids between bath times. In fact, our active ingredient is safely found in many baby products.
+ Why do I need Hustle Clean Body Wipes when I can just use a baby wipe?
Where do we begin? First, you would need about 10 baby wipes to do the job of one Hustle Clean wipe. Plus, our wipes contain the highest quality ingredients and a special formulation created to kill germs on the body without drying out your skin. Not to mention, they are individually wrapped for on-the-go use.
+ Why is each Hustle Clean Body Wipe individually packaged? That seems wasteful.
We hear you, and we’re constantly reimaging ways to improve our product and lessen our impact on the world. Hustle Clean was created with the on-the-go fitness enthusiast in mind, allowing them to toss an individually wrapped wipe (not a whole box) inside their gym bag or running belt along with their protein bar. Plus, the individual packaging prevents wipes from drying out and losing its efficacy.
